I had a comment on the Mrs. Pollifax’s books and it got me to thinking “What was my favorite book this year?” I had several books that I really enjoyed or that really intrigued me. Two nonfiction The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls and The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. For fiction I guess for total comfort it has to be the Mrs. Pollifax books. What have you read and enjoyed?

Also I just read the second book in the Mrs. Pollifax series, The Amazing Mrs. Pollifax, what a fun read, just a really good story.
